Many of our clients have us review every impairment evaluation they receive. The entire process reflects our commitment to be the "leading experts on impairment evaluation and the AMA Guides." Response time from when records are provided to your receipt of the report is usually 5 working days or less. Cases that are complex or consist of extensive records may require additional time. Rush reviews required in less than 5 working days are available at an additional fee; at the time of the referral specify the date required – we will do everything possible to provide you with a report on or before that date.

For each case we track data; this permits us to provide our clients who refer 100 or more cases a quarter with very useful analysis reports, including information on impairments associated with specific problems. We have a carefully designed total quality improvement and training program to assure that our services are the best in the United States.
